English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers
EFL teachers summary: EFL teachers are required to have teaching certification, either a TEFL certificate via certified source (for example, PremierTEFL or university certificate) or a diploma in English or teaching. EFL teachers must work with students to fit curriculum to their individual learning styles and needs. EFL teachers will work with EFL mentors in teaching English to students.
EFL Teacher requirements:

Bachelor's degree, or relevant experience in the field.

TEFL/TESOL Certification or equivalent.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Computer literate.
-
Own laptop or desktop computer fitted with an HD capable webcam.
-
Fast and reliable internet connection.
-
Own analog or USB headset.
-
Professional appearance.
-
Previous teaching experience will be advantageous.
Duties include:
-
Reviewing and working with materials and curriculum.
-
Guiding EFL mentors in how to review materials and curriculum.
-
Tailoring lessons to accommodate differences in learning style and speed.
-
Evaluating students’ progress.
-
Preparing and submitting student progress reports after each session, in conjunction with an EFL mentor.
-
Be knowledgeable about and respectful of cultural differences within the classroom.
-
Assist students with writing and pronunciation, via timely correction.
EFL Mentor summary:
EFL mentors must be interested in receiving a TEFL certificate. Volunteering hours may be used for the purpose of obtaining the 120-hour TEFL certificate. EFL mentors work in conjunction with EFL teachers to better assist students.
EFL mentor requirements:

Be in the process of obtaining, or be willing to obtain, a TEFL/TESOL Certification or equivalent.

Social Media Communications Summary:
Working in social media communications requires an applicant to be proficient with computers and several social media apps. This includes posting, replying to posts in a timely fashion, and maintaining updates on both the website and social media apps.

Position Requirements:

Be proficient with social media, including (but not limited to) LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Google+.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Computer literate, with preference to coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, Javascript).

Own laptop or desktop computer fitted with an HD capable webcam.

Fast and reliable internet connection.

Be able to use website creation sites, particularly Wix.com.
-
Have knowledge of marketing and promotion via social media.
Duties include:

Reviewing and working with the health-action website.
-
Creating and maintaining social media for health-action.
-
Evaluating marketing reach on the social media platforms.
-
Coordinating changes between the website and social media.
-
Maintain communication with people interested in volunteering.
